The living room has an elegant wood burning stove with glass door to enjoy a nice wood burning fire, a 47 inch LCD TV with Dish Network, & a nice stereo system with i-pod cables.
The downstairs is the kid zone with three twin beds, a sectional couch (that can easily sleep two kids), a half bath, and a 42 inch flat LCD TV.
There is plenty of parking outside in the large driveway, an attached two car garage, and a detached oversized two car garage/shop for the toys!
The house sits on 4 treed acres. There is an 8 acre lake across the street and no immediate neighbors. Jug Mountain Ranch golf course is adjacent to the subdivision. There are hundreds of miles of trails and logging roads up the mountain and boulder creek flows year round about 100 yards from the property. There is a 2.5 acres of fenced pasture so bring the horses! Dogs are allowed and will love roaming the property and the neighboring woods and open space. There is even a fire pit to enjoy an outdoor fire.
