Why choose a vacation rental over a hotel?

With a vacation rental you get the comforts of home.  If you have a larger group than just your family, you can all stay together in one place, instead of spending money for separate rooms for each person or family.  Generally vacation rentals are priced at one-half to three-quarters of the price per square foot of an average hotel room.  With a vacation rental you have access to a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics, just bring your favorite foods.  There are no room service charges, or tipping costs either.

DoneRight Management sets high standards for cleaning, maintenance, amenities, furnishings, and design in each of our homes.  These standards apply not only for a property to become a qualified vacation rental, but also for our standards to give our guests the best service possible.  In addition, we offer concierge services, mid-stay cleanings (we will come at a time that is convenient for the tenant and provide cleaning as requested and needed), and quick responses to maintenance requests, and necessity incidentals.  We also offer the ability to pay easily by credit card.  These standards allow for a high quality and enjoyable vacation rental experience.

What is supplied in the home?

DoneRight Management and Vacation Rentals supplies freshly laundered and sanitized linens on ready made beds with sheets, blankets and bedspreads on each bed, and bathroom sets (which include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth) per registered guest.  Beach towels are provided especially for use with the hot tubs. All of our vacation rentals have fully stocked kitchens including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, along with pots, pans, bowls, dinnerware, flatware, utensils and general spices. Kitchen towels, wash cloths and sponges are provided in the kitchens as well.  Also included in our homes are dish soap, dish washing detergent, garbage bags, shampoos, bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper. If you would like our concierge service to stock the home with your favorite items or something specific, please let us know, and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

What types of extra amenities can I expect?

Some of the primary amenities our homes have are:  Flat screen TV's, hot tubs, BBQ grills, fire pits, foosball tables, ping pong tables, satellite and/or cable TV, internet (in most of our homes), horseshoes, board games, movies, and more.  Each property has a list of it's specific amenities included with it on our website, or you can ask our local reservation agents what amenities are offered at a specific property.  We can also supply you with extras like high chairs, cribs, etc., just ask.
